Kate helped me to prepare for The 3 Peaks Fell Race. I hadn't ever undertaken such a challenging race previously and Kate put together a training plan, that helped me build up to the race, with a structured programme, that gave me confidence in my ability to complete the race within the cut-off times. Kate is very knowledgeable and experienced in long distance events and I found her help and support invaluable.
